Order Information

Bearse maintains an extensive warehouse with thousands of yards of materials for your selection. Additionally, our purchasing office can assist in locating materials not currently in stock.

Upon placing an order, a pre-production sample is always provided for approval before initiating full-scale production.

In-house silk screen printing of your logo or product name is available.

For some orders, a tooling charge may apply prior to production of the first order. Your salesperson will inform you if a tooling charge is required.

Quantity plays a significant role in determining the price of custom-made items. Price breaks will be assessed on a per-product basis, and all prices are quoted F.O.B. shipping dock.

Net 30 days with approved credit. Otherwise, 50% of the order will be charged upfront to cover material acquisition and job setup costs.

In most cases, the minimum order value is 100 pieces or $500.

For domestic orders, the typical lead time is 2 to 3 weeks after receiving all required materials. We strive to meet your specified required date. For import orders, expect 60-75 days after receiving pre-production approval.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of order, all orders are packaged in bulk. Additional charges may apply for specific packaging requirements.

We offer various additional services, including packaging, fulfillment, warehousing, drop shipments, and engineering changes. Any associated charges will be determined at the time of the request.
